Lancaster & Eure’s 2nd Quarter Employee Spotlight Award recipient is: Antonia “Tonie” Vazquez
Position:    Social Security Legal Assistant
Tonie joined Lancaster & Eure in January of 2018 and has proven to be a dedicated member of the firm .  We recognize the patience and compassion Tonie demonstrates when interacting with clients.
She has successfully taken on the responsibilities and position of solo Social Security Legal Assistant, yet remains a dependable team member when called-in to assist other members of the firm.
Lancaster & Eure recognizes Tonie’s many talents and we honor her for the commitment she brings to her position!

What do you like most about your job? I like the different, yet interesting personalities of all the other employees in the office and the way we all work together as a team.
What aspect of your position gives you the most personal satisfaction?  When a client calls in and makes it their business to compliment us on a good job in helping them obtain their Social Security benefits.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you. I was Captain of the girls Basketball team freshman year. I also play a mean game of paddle ball and have competed in tournaments.  I was a twin but my brother did not survive.
Who do you feel is the most influential person in your life… past or present? My parents were a big influence in my life.
 Where is the best place you’ve traveled and why?    Puerto Rico – it was nice connecting with family I had not seen in year and experiencing their lifestyle, which is so different from Puerto Rican culture in New York.
What is your favorite thing to do? Shopping, hanging out with family and friends and sitting by the pool or beach.
